Kel is the Director of Christian Growth Ministries
(CGM), a non-denominational organization run from his home in Burwood. CGM
ministers to the local church at large.
Kel has had over 30
years experience in Christian work, including evangelism, pastoral and youth
ministry, and itinerant teaching with CGM.
Married to Jeanette, he
is an ordained Baptist minister, and is primarily involved in ministry to
pastors and church leaders, consultancy and conflict resolution.
Kel is the author of Clearing
the Cobwebs; Preaching for Impact; The Experience Trap; Escaping Mediocrity,
& Living With You Living With Me. He is the editor of the leadership
journal Interact
